Richard had his Mayo appointment last Sunday. Freezing rain with snow to follow was predicted, so reluctantly we went up on Saturday night. The snow started on Sunday as predicted. Rochester had only about 2 inches, but when we wanted to leave on Monday, there was blowing snow and things were worse farther south.
We had calls from all three of our children telling us not to try to leave on Monday because of the weather. So we stayed yet another night. An expensively boring weekend to be sure!
We ended up with about eight inches of snow on top of the fourteen we got a week ago. This snow mountain in on our street.
