I was SHOCKED at the number of recalls from companies I’ve trusted. I can only imagine the severe shock patients to peanuts/fish etc out there at risk. Celiacs are at risk too since we can have all sorts of nasty things happen to us every time we are exposed to gluten. Wheat is listed here, never mind all the other sources of gluten.
