This company was another generous donor for the Kid's Fest. I used the Gluten-Free Naturals Yellow Cake Mix to make mini cupcakes for the event, and of course the brownie mix for brownies.
I couldn't even get a photo of the trays before they were cleared. The yellow cake was easy to make, moist and delicious.
The brownies were fudgy and moist as well. I especially loved the crispy edges.
I also made the pizza crust up as breadsticks.
They were amazing!
And the corn bread! Wow, a wonderful moist, slightly sweet cornbread that cut well and traveled well to the event. I think I would love this one on a picnic.
Gluten Free Naturals also sent along their cookie flour blend, multi grain bread flour mix as well as a pancake mix. Since I was already cooking so much for this event, I held onto these mixes for my ROCK Group meetings.
That way we can have one of our testing days. I like to have several mixes from different companies to try at the same time. This helps our group members to find the right mix for themselves without having to buy all the mixes themselves.
That is how we ended up buying as a group with some of our favorites.
I'll do another post when we have our baking day.
