HHAC: Day 6 & 7 Detox

Day 6:

Monday Night- I was hung over from the weekend still I think. My workout was tough! Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 2 hasn't kicked my butt like this since I first got it and was struggling through the moves. It was painful and tiring. My grandmother saw me after I worked out and said I looked tired. Dang I felt it too! I went to bed early after a dinner of homemade beef stew. And a dessert of animal crackers. I couldn't even bring myself to watch Dancing With the Stars!

Day 7:

A more motivated Tuesday morning! After a great night sleep finally, I bounded out of bed at 6:30 a.m. OK, I lied, it was still a struggle, but I did it! I downloaded Madonna's new song, 4 Minutes To Save The World, onto my MP3 player last night. So this morning at 6:30, I was dancing. Full on fun! Get a little booty shaking in before work! I also did some weights for about ten minutes- squats and lunges with 5 lb. weights in my hands doing arm raises along with them. Gotta get those arms stronger!
After my shower, more booty shaking while getting dressed and waiting for the self tanner to dry.
Today I am drinking hot water with lemon all day, with fresh veggies and fruit. Only carb I'm getting in my system from bread is going to be my gluten-free waffle. I'm still feeling a little bloated from ODing on dessert!

On a side note unrealated to the challenge...

This is the type of dancing I want to learn! I've got some moves. But I can't move like this. Perhaps this was my motivation for the full on booty popping this morning!

People who don't like Miley Cyrus- fast foward straight through to 1:08 because the first minute is a little annoying! Enjoy the video!
