So I have to say how much I really enjoy doing the Turbo Jam 20 minute workout! It's kick-ass and you can really groove when you are doing it.. my kind of workout! I started the evening off with the Fat Burning Cardio Level 1, 30 minutes of tilt, tuck, and tighten! I add a little extra flavor into it to get my calorie burn up there still, it makes it a little more advanced without adding any time to my workout.
Up next was the Turbo Jam! It really is a fun filled 20 minutes! Jabs, crosses, kicks, and finally a little booty shaking! If you have a chance to try it- go for it!
