Hip Hop Abs- A New Challenge

I finally got the Hip Hop Abs second level for Christmas. Santa in the form of sisters brought me the 3 workout DVD- it has Total Body Burn, Fat Burning Cardio, and the Ab Sculpt. I have been waiting for it, as the first level is quickly becoming a little too easy and less of a Hip Hop Ab fun filled dance party and more of a, “when is this going to be over??”
When I did the work out for the first time last night, I thought I was going to die right there in my living room. Hopping, jumping jacks, running, thrusting, it was all in there and it was all painful. Good pain yes but I was dying!
Anyway, my challenge is to do HHA five days out of the week, at least one of the workouts if not more. I want to lose one inch from my waist and get my bum back into gear. I am also going to add in the extra challenge of practicing for a show that I have coming up in February. I am an Amateur “professional” ballroom dancer. I took lessons for a few months and have continued privately with my teacher/boyfriend who is a professional ballroom dancer. We are performing at my fathers’ annual benefit for the arts in my hometown.
I will be tracking my progress here, as well as any noticeable differences I see in my abs. Perhaps there will be a few pictures up as well!
