I have a gluten free product (a healthy cookie bar) that I would like to market to the GF market. Any ideas?

I actually have a gluten free product review site, and often get samples from companies big and small. Maybe you could check out online bloggers and send out some samples, to see what they think? Word of mouth of huge with gluten free products!
