I fell off the bandwagon for walking around the building more, getting in my "extra steps" during the day. I used to waltz around... I drank tons of water... and used the bathroom on the other side of the building. This helped get in lots of extra steps during the day and kept me well hydrated. Also there was that certain Someone who used to work in my building- I shamelessly went out of my way so I could talk to him!
For the last three months I have been never too far away from my phone- so I don't go out of my way for anything. Stayed in one room- where I had service. Worked thru lunch- just in case. Now that I can relax a little- it's time to go back to my old habits.
No, no hot guy distracting me in the hallways...
1. Drink one more bottle of water a day. (I was doing 3-4- then it became 2!)
2. Walk to the other end of the building to use the ladies room.
3. Shamelessly do this, because I need to get away from my desk sometimes... I'm so over whelmed with work.
4. Cross my fingers my boss doesn't read this... and take away the water cooler near my desk!
