how to safely with from cozaar

Have been on 25 mg. of cozaar for two years along with clonidine,  .1 three x's a day and 40 mg.  lasik.  My blood pressure is now 114/55 to 120/65 most of the time.   I use a biofeedback machine and it has substantially lowered my pressure.   I'd like to get off cozaar.   How can I safely get off this medication and what symptoms can I expect?
