is this IBS or worse?

my daughter is 12 and has suffered with infrequent bm all her life (8/9+ days between motions) she has developed awful painful spasms which the consultant says tracks the entire bowel, transit study showed severe delay (all markers were still in various parts of the bowel) she suffers nausea, headaches, occasional skin rashes and blurred vision often with numbness in the legs, she is now taking movicol (4 sachets per day) and mebeverine 150mg 3 times per day, trouble is she still has painful spasms and has trouble sleeping due to the pain, could this really be IBS? i thought ibs sufferers have a normal transit and occasional flares, hers started 8 weeks ago and has shown little/no improvement since! please help, she has also lost 3kilos and is struggling on a daily basis with the pain, oh and she has also missed her last 3 periods which the doc thinks may be anxiety. does this sound like IBD, IBS or Hirschsprungs?
