My preemie has been on Pentavite liquid form for 4 days now and has had green runny poos since starting the multivitamin.

The drs don't believe the poos are from the Pentavite, but have no other explanation for me either. The runny poos only started within a couple hours of the first dose of Pentavite. I breastfeed, but I haven't changed my diet, and my preemie hasn't had any change in diet or medication other than the Pentavite.
She is a 24 weeker, currently 37 weeks gestational age.
What's your opinion/ advice?
