My son is adopted and was born with a high Ncleated Red blood cell count...what does this mean?

He is currently diagnoised with ADHD, ODD, RAD, mood swing disorder and doing very poorly in 4th grade.  Currently has d's and f's.....his was a 2 at birth and trying to see if this has anything to do with it ...also had a low MCHC which I think is an iron dificiency.
