Swollen lymph nodes in neck.

My daughter - 11 keeps having swollen lymph nodes in her neck with no symptoms of her being sick (i.e. running a fever, feeling sick, being tired).
We went to an ENT and had them checked out and she does not have cancer.
She was given two doses of antibiotics and they went down but not away.
Now she has another lymph node in her neck, but on the other side and it is painful and swollen but again she does not have any symptoms.
