At what point should I be concerned that Stella doesn't have teeth? She's almost 17 mos. And no teeth. None. I get that teeth can be delayed and come in wonky order. But. None. Ack! The geneticist says not to worry until two. But it seems like every kid I know has had teeth at this point!
