Tourette's syndrome in infants

my 10 month old grandson has been displaying what seems to be muscular tics.  He clenches his teeth, stiffens his arms and upper body.  He is also constantly sucking his bottom lip.  I'm concerned because my son (the child's uncle) has tourette's syndrome and his mother has OCD.  I've never heard of an infant having tourette's syndrome.  Is it even possible?
