What are common reasons for leg pain in children?

I have a 3 year old that has leg pain after sitting for any peroid of time. (especially after pottying) She cries and does not want to stand then it goes away after she walks for awhile? This is not all the time, but is happening at least 3-5 times/day some days and not at all others.
