Will Eardoc help a child who has tubes but also has excess wax buildup?

My two-year-old granddaughter has a speech delay due to her inability to hear well.  She had tubes inserted which helped some.  However, the doctor found a large buildup of wax at her last visit.  He perscribed some drops which haven't been overly effective at this point.  Will the Eardoc help?
