Bio

I am 43 (almost 44) years young.  I have 5 children ranging in age from 24 to 5.  I work full time as a Legal Assistant and go to school at night.  

I love music, reading, dancing and watching crime and forensic shows.  

 I want to lose weight and get healthy in the process.  

My trigs are 272 and HDL a 29 but overall cholesterol was good number...  I need to lower my trigs and raise HDL and need to learn how.
