coughing, achey muscles and clammy cold feet and warm clammy hands

Yes I feel numb in my hands are clammy with a strange odor also feet are cold and clammy it's a sticky clammy feeling, my armpits get it sometimes too I am also suffering a headcold and sore throat with muscle pain and fatigue.
