Abdomen pains, Dull Aches?

I have this constant Dull ache on the left side of my abdomen. Its from right below the rib cage, and goes down torward my belly button. If I bend over the pain gets slightly worse. The pain does cause a stomach ache, acid reflux, or nasua. However, its uncomfortable on a scale of 1-10 in pain, it hovers at around a 3-4 all day long. Sometime the pain will wrap around to right below my right rib cage. But two things I cant lay on my stomach or it makes it worse, however when standing I can press all over the place and cant find the location. Also sometimes if I stretch by leaning backwards, the pain stretches from the left side ribe cage all the way down to my pelvic, groin area.
Hopefully this is enough details. I do have a hiatal hernia but I assumed if that was the cause I would also be getting nasua, etc...
