Genitofemoral Nerve Specialist (or peripheral nerve specialist) - anywhere!

Does anyone know a doctor that specializes in the genitofemoral nerve? It's a rare condition - genitofemoral neuralgia and strangely enough, I've even seen a peripheral nerve specialist that didn't seem knowledgeable in how to properly diagnose it.  If anyone has advice, please send it my way.  I'm in with Hopkins so they are kind of my last hope at this point.  I have yet to see them.
