My daughter who is 19 years old fell(No Bruise) on her left side about 4 days ago what to do?

Since then she has been having a great deal of Left rib pain (lower outer side of body) mosty with any movement it seems to be getting more painful
When i first looked at the rib it appeared normal. Now it appears to be dented I asked her if it hurts to breath in and she says"No" Thinking it was broke, But states slight pain when she deep breaths inhalling largely ( lift the chest ) I waited thinking it was only a strain but im getting worried. Do you think this is seriouse enought to take her to the ER. Should I take her to the Doctor she doesn't have insurance.
