My fourth and little toe ache. They do not seem to look different from the other toes. What does that sound like?

I haven't been exercising much lately.  I have also gained quite a bit of weight.  I'm wondering if it sounds like gout.  I'm a 52 year old woman in menopause, but still cycling.
