My Hips are aching ans burning, they are pulsating with pain. I can feel the heat coming right through my clothing.

My back, wrist, knees, shoulders and ankles ache BUT, MY HIPS are aching, pulsating and burning, in fact, the heat comes through my clothing. What causes this?
