painful legs and moving toes syndrome

Hello there, Is there some one who can help me. I have Painful legs and moving toes syndrome for which I take Lyrica and Rivotril but to no avail. The pain is
terrible and my feet hurt to walk on. Would Botox help me.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
