Severe Abdominal pain especially when taking a breath in

Hi, I wonder if anyone could help.  For 4 days now I have been suffering with acute abdominable pain (high up) which is exacerbated when I breath in, to the point where I have to take small breaths.  It also feels like my chest cavity is gripped by a vice !  The top of the stomach is only a bit sore to touch.  I have no vomiting?  any ideas, thanks.  Oh I also suffer with Lupus
