This free 60 minute buddy session with a certified personal trainer can help you put into action the information from your SHALA and wellness plan. We encourage you to do the fitness assessment first especially if you are new to working out. Please complete the Health History and Consent forms that will be attached to your email confirmation. If you answer YES to any of the questions on the Health History you will need to connect with your physician to get a documented release before the session. If you have completed these forms once it is not necessary to do it again. We will keep the forms on file. Wear workout clothes and be ready to move. Instructor: Syrous P.
