I have your book ("Sugar Shock") & just joined this wellshpere community--what a happy coincidence to have stumbled upon your profile!  The book is really great.  I have been addicted to sugar my whole life, and have been trying to overcome it.  I've had some successes, I think--I no longer eat candy (used to be terribly addicted to candy!) but still have other areas to conquer.

 I really look forward to reading more of your posts!
