could copd cause extreme neck and face bloating

I look like I have mumps.  I have COPD,  so I wondered if that could be a problem, I use oxygen at night.  I have had a heart attack and have had by pass surgery and a stent in an artery. My stomach is extremely distended also.  I am unable to finish a regular sandwich.  I have a colonscopy, and endoscopy
