Dec 28, 2008 Learning about COPD, then taking charge of it.

Posted Dec 29 2008 4:44pm

A beautiful day, warming up again to 50 degrees so far in semi-sunny Colorado. I think I will walk up to Clement Park and around the lake. That bench in the middle of the photo is where we were married in 1998...two widowers, back when I was a young - age 60.

I will backpacking a high flow tank, set on 8L which will give me about 120 minutes of walking. I will check back later and report my efforts - just remember I have been rehabbing for almost 6 years, so am in great shape.roxlyngcd@comcast.netOff up hill to some nice music beat to stride along to the park, around the lake, back through the middle of about 6 empty ball fields back into a neighborhood and yesterdays Raccoon "Hollar" greenbelt leading downhill finally to a slight incline on yet another greenbelt and as always a steep tenth mile up hill to home. circa 6.2 miles in 1 hour + 44 minutes.
