what is the treatment of bronchiectasis? It's unchanged diseases.

I'm a doctor.I sick for 5 years.I live  in Turkey. I use antibiotics and drenaj.But, my doctors don't give other solutions.add to, I'm asthma. I don't sleep because  cough attack. Can you give new methods  treatment of bronchiectasis?
