wheezing

Hi,
I have this constant wheezing In my throat when Inhaling or exhaling. This morning I coughed up blood In my sputum,It was bright red since then I can not clear my throat...I keep trying to cough some thing up but can not do It,yes I am a smoker but got so frightened I have ordered one of those electronic cigarettes....I now can feel a ache In the top of my back but not sure If I am Imagining It,as my daughter asked If I had pains In my chest & legs.
I have MS & live on my own so panic quite a lot please help
