can u lip have numbness from tmj and sinues?

i was just wondering if u can have lip numbness  from tmj....and sinuses..i know have both ...but the past  2 weeks my bottom lip feels funny..like novicane is wearing off....my phyiscan thinks its just anxiety....??please help
