It always surprises me how anniversaries sneak up on you and before you know it they agitate your black dog. I find myself in the midst of a funk and then it dawns on me that it’s been _____ (fill in the blank years) since X, Y or Z happened. So, I am facing it head on and honoring the memory of my loved ones. I miss them all.
