I'm a young woman in my twenties who suffers from depression and anxiety. I have my own website called My Fight With Depression. This helps me a lot with my own daily struggles and is a great source of information for anyone suffering with either of these conditions. When I was diagnosed I found there were a lot of websites around that were very impersonal and clinical and I found it frustrating, it is hard to relate to medical evidence and terminology. My Fight With Depression is all about bringing people together whilst sharing information and experiences, everyday can be a struggle without support from friends.
