This could be diabetic neuropathy.. you should talk to your endocrinologist about this leg pain and possibly consult with a neurologist about nerve testing in your legs. I'm not sure the cause of the red feet but the swelling could be due to either high blood sugar, kidney problems or circulation issues. the pain in your legs could also be caused by blood clots in your legs. I would definitely speak to your PC or endocrinologist asap!
