4-day anti-bloat diet from Prevention book: Flat Belly Diet

    Breakfasts make me full and content for four hours untill lunch time. Lunches fill me up fast, and i couldn't eat the reast of my Cherry Tomatoes! smoothies aren't the best, because with me, i get really bloated with smoothies! Dinners are okay for me, but afterwards, i get kinda hungry 30 minutes afterwards, i don't know why.

   I DO have a tendancy to eat a lot during the night, and maybe that's why i got hungry while on my diet plan at dinner time. My stomach isn't used to eating smaller portions, it's used to eating a lot more! i know at first, i didn't know why my stomach was gurgling, but a day afterwards, i knew that it was because i ate a smaller potion!
