hello, i have had pains in my intestine, my poo is always changing color. from green, yellow, redish, but mostly yellowish.

when i eat i get like rumbles and loads of gas movement on my left side, my poo has a very bad smell all the time. I have had all colors for months now. and sometimes it looks like it hassent been digested or halfway. i have had very soft mainly and very fluffy poo even liquid.
