How much Miralax to take for chronic severe constipation due to constipating meds (Cymbalta and Zofran, both in hign doses.)

I have been taking 2 Citrecel tabs a day, 250 mg. of Docusate, plus 4-9 Dulcolax 5 mg. tabs as I try to guess what's going to happen to my bowels that day!
