The best thing you can do is have your Dr. take blood tests and check. The most common dificiency is Vitamin D, but you have to be careful with the supplements for that because if you take too much you can end up with Vitamin D toxicity. This is not a good thing. Your doctor can advise you on the best ways to get the vitamins you need and in what form. Most likely supplements will be added to your diet as those of us with Crohn's generally don't absorb what we need from the foods we eat even when following a strict and healthy diet.
