I have white matter that comes out of my throat, in a small clump.

A some point during the day I will feel something in my throat, usually on one or the other side, when I try to cough it up it feels stuck. Usually I am able to cough it up with a lot of effort, and it is this whitish kind of paste that is a small clump.
