what is a good vitaman to take to heip my digestive system

I am having problems with consipation and high tricylceri with a lot of bloating ffrom time to time. My Dr. has me on antara. I have also increased my fibor and water intake. I was just wondering if there was a vitaman or suppliment that would help me even more?
