I am an independent associate for Usana Health Sciences, a reputable 16 year old company that manufactures GMP nutritional supplements, a preservative-free skin care line, and a low glycemic weight reduction program called Reset. I have four kids 19,20,21 and 22. I love to cook, exercise and spread the word about having a healthy lifestyle.
