A Header That Really Says "Gabi's World!"

So how do you like the new header??? I have to tell you it wasn't easy getting the perfect picture. It wasn't quite what I imagined in my head, but in a way I think it turned out even better. I really wanted her with one of her "happy go-lucky expressions," but you got to have a pretty fast camera to catch that! She usually moves so fast that she ends up as a blur on my camera. So we'll take the serious side, for now.

And yes, I took down the "Donate" button for the New York trip. As much as we want to go, we had to be realistic. It just isn't going to happen this year. Maybe I can shoot again for next year and hope we get accepted for the big screen once again. When we go, we want to be able to take all of the kids and see all of the sites. We would have been pushing it to even pay for the hotel costs this year. I do have someone who offered to take a picture of Gabi when her photo shows up in Times Square. If more people want to snap a picture of it while you are there, go for it! The more shots of it, the better the chances of getting the perfect picture.
