Today is my hubby's birthday! Happy Birthday honey! I'm still having to write my blog posts from my cell phone. We still have no power. We're still camping out in our friend's trailer. School is still cancelled. They actually cancelled it for the rest of the week. Ryan called the electric company again. They said it could take until Saturday to get our power back on.
I got to tell you what happened. We went to our bank. Ryan asked me to go in with him. He entered the bank, and then I got out. As soon as I got out, the van started rolling forward. My heart jumped into my chest, and I ran to the other side, opened the door, hit the brakes, and put the car into park. Ryan left it in drive! My three kids were all calm even though they almost made a new drive thru at the bank! Jeremy just made a wise crack, "I'm glad Ryan is concerned about our safety!" Thank God the worst senario didn't happen.
