I really dug into the office today and spent the whole day on a mission. I moved all boxes and unpacked every box that had the slightest risk of containing the camera cord. I got so much done! The place doesn't look like quite the wreck it once was! At the end of all the sorting and chucking and recycling and placing of so many items, the one item I was after still eluded me. I wasn't to deflated as I looked around at the general tidiness. Ah, progress. I did find some cords that were not the right ones, I sat and fiddled with them for a bit. As I stuck various cord ends into various ports I started to notice something. It was a slot. A familiar sized slot and so I turned the camera over and ejected the memory card. It fit right into the slot on the computer. The sun erupted and I distinctly heard the caroling of angels as the pictures from my camera began popping up on my computer screen. The day was roundly productive and rewarding after all!
As promised, the pictures!

Looking for pirates at the cottage:

Visitors at the cottage! Cousins Emma and Kelsey.

Disruptor of many badminton and croquet games...

Jack has a definite strategy when it comes to fishing. It has to do with keeping a low profile.

Will catches a few zzzs on the boat.

Look who's awake!

Watching for visitors out the window.

Helping dad do some vacuuming.

First day of school. Now three kids catch the same bus. What a luxury!

The neighbours are very quiet here. Although if anyone was going to wake the dead, our family would give the folks across the street a run for their money.

Will zips around the driveway on his newly unpacked motorcycle.

Wipe-out!

Will's very first bus ride! His driver is so nice :)

And yes, the haircut.
