what should be the bilirubin level for new born of 7 days

hi..im from phillipines..i was about to read your column doc....pls..help me..i have a fistula infection in my ass...my question is..how can we prevent fistula infection...is it necessary to undergo with surgery..or treat with antibiotics....

My husband was diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma of unknown primary in the peritoneum last november.. since then he has had 14 chemo cycles. But of late he has intestinal blockage due to fibrosis like adhesion. For the past almost 2 and a half months , he has been on parenteral nutrition. He cannot eat anything. Please can you suggest something for this condition! We are loosing hope!
