Dr, Rick I am writing about my son. He is 24 years old, and throws many temper tantrums. I have tried to remain calm or leave the environment.  Sometimes I come back to a disaster. He is not punching holes in the wall at present. Sometimes he throw objects. and tell me how he hates living with me, and he never leaves. When he does quiet he say *I don't hate  you". I want to get off this roller coaster. He has a chronic disease, sickle anemia, which is not the severe form, but he has to follow precautions.
