Hello Dr. Bishara,
Because of a tumor that was found by accident, I had my thyroid removed about 7 years ago and I am still having problems singing, even yelling as it really hearts my throat. I am constantly aware of the pain most days as it come and goes. The tumor that was removed was not malignant. I love singing so most times I am singing in church with words that can not be heard as I my voice can not come out without hurting. Is it normal for me to still have problems after this long.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and expertise you give on my situation.
