Ok, so next week is spirit week and it goes like this:
Monday: Crazy hair/socks day
Tuesday: 80's day
Wednesday: Camo day
Thursday: Western day
Friday: Hawaiian day
So my question to you is...what the heck do I wear for 80's day? Refresh my memory...please, some ideas! I want to win the prize for most spirited teacher so help me out with any of them.
Breakfast: Overnight oats in coconut milk with flax, pecans, and shredded coconut. In the morning I added 1/2 a sliced banana, 1/2 a chopped Gala apple, 1/2 cup pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice.

Heated up and topped with Oikos Greek yogurt. I noticed though that soaking it in milk rather than hot tea makes it "soupier" rather than thick like I usually enjoy it. Either way, still good.

I didn't take a picture of my day's snacks and lunch. My bad! (Does anybody say that anymore?) But in a nutshell: hard-boiled egg, carrots, penne pasta bowl, Fudge babies, coconut water, and trail mix were consumed. I was one hungry, hungry hippo!
Other meals I've had these past couple of days.
Pizza #1: Tofu suateed with BBQ sauce, spinach, frozen veggies, and half a diced apple. Baked on a brown rice tortilla and topped with goat cheese.

Pizza #2: Sauteed chicken with sugar snap peas, spinach, curry, and coconut milk. Topped on an Ezekiel tortilla spread with pumpkin and 1/2 a slice banana baked for 10 minutes.

Rainy, depressing days deflate my mood so tonight's post is lame. No good TV, finished homework, but a good novel to read. Enjoy your nights!
